QARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, MIR548AI, and DCANP1. Each is linked with QARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QARS1-to-partner and partner-to-QARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by QARS1-low versus QARS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
