Across TCGA cell cohorts, QARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,720 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QARS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Arginyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Aminoacyl-tRNA metabolism involved in translational fidelity, and Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with QARS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QARS1-to-partner and partner-to-QARS1 results are reported.
