PYROXD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYROXD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,170 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYROXD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL3, CCNB2, and DAP. Each is linked with PYROXD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYROXD2-to-partner and partner-to-PYROXD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYROXD2 versus ARL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYROXD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYROXD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
