Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYROXD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,949 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYROXD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with PYROXD2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYROXD2-to-partner and partner-to-PYROXD2 results are reported.
