PYROXD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYROXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,286 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYROXD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FIBP, CMAS, and SRSF9. Each is linked with PYROXD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYROXD1-to-partner and partner-to-PYROXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYROXD1 versus FIBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYROXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYROXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
