Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYROXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,451 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYROXD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation, Multivesicular body assembly, and tRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation. Each is linked with PYROXD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYROXD1-to-partner and partner-to-PYROXD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation grouped by PYROXD1-low versus PYROXD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
