PYM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4B, SCAF11, and LARP4_S722. Each is linked with PYM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYM1-to-partner and partner-to-PYM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYM1 versus EIF4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
