PYM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,004 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCRS1, SMUG1, and SPRYD4. Each is linked with PYM1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYM1-to-partner and partner-to-PYM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYM1 versus MCRS1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
