Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,341 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GTP metabolic process, Regulation of plasminogen activation, and Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication. Each is linked with PYM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYM1-to-partner and partner-to-PYM1 results are reported.
