Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYHIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYHIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RCSD1_S351, and SASH3. Each is linked with PYHIN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYHIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PYHIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYHIN1 versus RCSD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYHIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYHIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
