Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYHIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYHIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Gab2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PYHIN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYHIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PYHIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PYHIN1-low versus PYHIN1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYHIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYHIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
