The most reproducible PYHIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, Response to amino acid starvation, and Endosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with PYHIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYHIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PYHIN1 results are reported.
