Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PYGO2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PYGO2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PYGO2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PYGO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where PYGO2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
