PYGO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,963 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BP5L, DENND4B, and SMG5. Each is linked with PYGO2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGO2-to-partner and partner-to-PYGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYGO2 versus SH3BP5L in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
