PYGO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,302 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYGO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, PRPF4, and ADAR. Each is linked with PYGO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGO2-to-partner and partner-to-PYGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYGO2 versus RPRD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
