PYDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1298, MDH1P2, and LINC02629. Each is linked with PYDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-PYDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1298 grouped by PYDC2-low versus PYDC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
