PYDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 226 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIDT1, EDEM2, and TRIOBP. Each is linked with PYDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-PYDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIDT1 grouped by PYDC2-low versus PYDC2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
