PYCR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,185 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf35, JMJD4, and C1orf131. Each is linked with PYCR2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR2 versus C1orf35 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
