PYCR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, PARP1, and GNPAT. Each is linked with PYCR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR2 versus BROX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
