PYCR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYCR1, P2RY13, and CARD8-AS1. Each is linked with PYCR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR2 versus PYCR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
