Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Stathmin, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PYCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR2 results are reported.
