PYCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,879 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR2, ASNS, and FASN. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR1 versus PYCR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
