PYCR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,583 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPT, CLEC9A, and MFNG. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR1 versus GAPT in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
