Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL814P, ATG3P1, and MIR558. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.
