Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by PYCR1-low versus PYCR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
