Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,842 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-amino acid biosynthetic process, Transsulfuration, and Homocysteine metabolic process. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.
