Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP2, USP17L13, and USP17L17. Each is linked with PYCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR1 results are reported.
