PYCARD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCARD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,389 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC1B, IFI35, and TRADD. Each is linked with PYCARD in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCARD versus ARPC1B in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
