PYCARD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCARD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,080 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCARD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD_S46, PARP14, and SERPINB1. Each is linked with PYCARD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCARD versus PYCARD_S46 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
