Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCARD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,201 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYCARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRMS1L, HLA-F, and SP140. Each is linked with PYCARD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCARD versus BRMS1L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
