Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYCARD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,599 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCARD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class II, Myeloid dendritic cell activation involved in immune response, and Regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen. Each is linked with PYCARD in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD results are reported.
