PXT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L16P, RPL23AP22, and RN7SL685P. Each is linked with PXT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXT1-to-partner and partner-to-PXT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA6L16P grouped by PXT1-low versus PXT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
