Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,350 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of innate immune response, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen. Each is linked with PXT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXT1-to-partner and partner-to-PXT1 results are reported.
