Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PXMP4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PXMP4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PXMP4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PXMP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and CHOL are the cancer types where PXMP4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
