Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXMP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,635 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCTA, GPD1L, and TUBAP8. Each is linked with PXMP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXMP4-to-partner and partner-to-PXMP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXMP4 versus TCTA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
