PXMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC3, GAS7, and RFC3. Each is linked with PXMP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PXMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXMP2 versus ORC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
