Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, KMT5A, and CIT. Each is linked with PXMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PXMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXMP2 versus RFC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
