Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,948 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXMP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, and Nuclear division. Each is linked with PXMP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PXMP2 results are reported.
