PXK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, GAS7, and TTI1. Each is linked with PXK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXK versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
