Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, ZEB2, and MILR1. Each is linked with PXK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXK versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
