PXK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1_pS241, Caspase-8, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PXK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDK1_pS241 grouped by PXK-low versus PXK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
