Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,211 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Neuropilin signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with PXK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.
