PXK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 301 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K1, SPATS1, and DEFB133. Each is linked with PXK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52K1 grouped by PXK-low versus PXK-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
