Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PXDN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PXDN data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PXDN Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PXDN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, HNSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where PXDN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
