PWWP3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWWP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASP1, TUBB1, and TNR. Each is linked with PWWP3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP3A-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PWWP3A versus MASP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWWP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWWP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
