Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWWP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, Di-Ras3, and BRD4. Each is linked with PWWP3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP3A-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP3A results are reported.
