Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PWRN3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PWRN3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PWRN3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PWRN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and OV show a favorable association.
UCS, MESO, and OV are the cancer types where PWRN3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
