PWP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPF, DHX37, and PARPBP. Each is linked with PWP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWP1-to-partner and partner-to-PWP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PWP1 versus SNRPF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
