PWP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A6P6, MIR450B, and NPVF. Each is linked with PWP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWP1-to-partner and partner-to-PWP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A6P6 grouped by PWP1-low versus PWP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
