Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PVRIG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PVRIG data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PVRIG Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PVRIG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and SCLC are the cancer types where PVRIG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
